Jarrett Mitchell & Co., LLC provides professional assistance with preparing and assembling all required documents for Jamaican passport applications, including new passports, renewals, and replacements. We complete forms, organize supporting documents, and mail the final packet to PICA on your behalf.

Passport Service Information
Passport Application [New & Renewals]
Required Documents
- Original Jamaican birth certificate
- Two passport-sized photos (one notarized)
- TRN (if available)
- Proof of name change (if applicable)
- Valid Jamaican ID (if available)
- Any supporting documents requested by PICA
Government Fees
- All government filing fees are the client’s responsibility
- Jarrett Mitchell & Co., LLC does not pay government fees on behalf of clients.
- If the company purchases a money order for the client, the client must provide the full amount before the packet is mailed.
- Government fees are separate from service fees.

Service Fees

- Pricing varies based on the service package selected.
- Consultation fees are applied toward the total package cost if the client proceeds with services.
- Service fees are non‑refundable once document preparation has begun.
Client Responsibilities
- Reviewing all information for accuracy before submission
- Providing correct and complete documents
- Paying all government fees directly to PICA
Authorization to Prepare & Mail Documents
The client authorizes Jarrett Mitchell & Co., LLC to:
- Prepare passport renewal forms
- Assemble the complete application packet
- Include the client’s money order (if provided)
- Mail the packet to PICA
- Communicate with the client regarding updates or additional requirements
Accuracy of Information
The client certifies that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Jarrett Mitchell & Co., LLC is not responsible for delays or denials caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the client.

The client authorizes Jarrett Mitchell & Co., LLC to:
- Prepare passport renewal forms
- Assemble the complete application packet
- Include the client’s money order (if provided)
- Mail the packet to PICA
- Communicate with the client regarding updates or additional requirements
